Spinory is designed to answer one simple question quickly: which option should win? The wheel is visual, but the result is decided by a secure random selection before the animation starts.
How a result is selected
When you press Spin, Spinory uses the cryptographically secure random number generator built into your browser. Each visible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Repeating an entry gives that choice additional equal slots, while removing a result takes it out of the next spin.
The animation cannot change the winner
The winning entry is selected first. The wheel animation is then calculated to stop with that entry under the pointer. The animation provides feedback; it does not secretly choose or replace the result.
Your choices stay in your browser
Edited wheel choices are saved locally so they can be ready when you return. Spinory does not upload those choices to a server. If you choose Share wheel, the entries are encoded into the link and can be read by anyone who receives it.
What the wheel is — and is not — for
Spinory is useful for games, classroom participation, meal ideas, watchlists and low-stakes everyday choices. It should not be used to make medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-stakes decisions.

Every public wheel should solve a distinct use case, work without an account, explain its limits and remain usable before any advertising appears. We do not publish fake reviews, fabricated ratings or claims that the wheel can guarantee a better decision.
